It securely seals aluminum, flip-off, or tear-off caps onto bottles and vials with high-speed precision performance.
Built with precision on a robust welded steel frame, it uses synchronized star wheels and conveyor systems to ensure quick, accurate placement and sealing of caps at high speeds.
Process Flow:
Infeed: Vials are fed via a turntable and flat conveyor, then correctly spaced using a feed worm into an infeed star wheel.
Cap Orientation: Caps in a vibratory bowl are automatically aligned (flip‑off, tear‑off or plain aluminum) and delivered to the chute.
Sealing: Vials rotate under a turret; spring-loaded, free-spinning rollers skirt and seal the cap, accommodating minor variations in vial neck diameter.
Ejection: Sealed vials move through an exit star wheel and off the conveyor.
