Before entering the sealing turret, the vial appropriately positions itself on the retaining finger of the delivery chute and takes up the aluminium seal from the feed star wheel during its rotation movement. Vial is now moving on a spring-loaded sealing platform, the turret of the sealing platform rotating to finish the sealing procedure while free-spinning sealing rollers move progressively within. At this point, sealed vials are moved to the star wheel pocket’s exit and then onto the flat conveyor belt.
The machine is equipped with a turntable, a S.S. slat conveyor belt, a feed worm, a bowl and chute, an infeed and exit star plate, a back guide, an easy-to-reach small panel, and no sealing system or container.
